Refund policy

We stand behind Wellspring completely. If you're not satisfied with your results within 60 days of receiving your order, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

To request a refund, email hello@wellspring.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number. We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. You do not need to return the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, email us with a photo and your order number and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
